Our Ministries

St. Spyridon Orthodox Church

The goal is to guide souls to the experiencing of salvation and inner communion and otherwise deepen spiritual practice, cultivate inner peace, and embrace interconnectedness.

Volunteering
Like most nonprofits, Hénōsis Ministries relies on volunteers to operate effectively. You can join our volunteer corps and serve according to your interests and talents. For example, our volunteers: (1) coordinate charity projects and fundraising drives; (2) create content for social media through videos and photos of events; (3) update the website; and (4) feed the poor and handicapped.

Community-Building Activities
Through St. Spyridon Orthodox Church, Hénōsis Ministries sponsors community-building opportunities, including: (1) chivalric and religious societal events; (2) community, ethnic/cultural, and religious activities and celebrations; (3) community service projects; (4) workshops, seminars, and fellowship opportunities; and (5) the Byzantine Choir.

Monastery
By the mercy of God, the Holy Monastery of the Synaxis of the Incorporeal Powers will be founded in January 2026 as a spiritual fortress and sanctuary of prayer in Puerto Rico. As the island’s first Orthodox monastery, it will shine as a beacon of repentance, faith, and divine grace. Through the unceasing prayers of the monastics, the monastery will encompass Puerto Rico with the shield of protection of the Heavenly Hosts and offer comfort, peace, and hope to all who draw near in faith.
Noetic-Psychotherapy
Orthodox Noetic-Psychotherapy places God at the core of the therapeutic process, and treats the causes of spiritual, mental, and emotional disorders rather than the symptoms. Ultimately, this ancient art and science refers to the resolution of core existential issues.

Love Thy Neighbor Projects
Through St. Spyridon Orthodox Church, Hénōsis Ministries coordinates holiday meals and collection drives of school supplies, non-perishable food items, hygiene products, clothes, toys, holiday gifts, and 'hand-made-with-love' items, which are distributed during holidays. Traditional red eggs and sweets are shared with the elderly on Pascha [Easter].

Transformational Life Coaching
